Refund policy

Return Policy

On all items under 1,000€, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. The return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. As well, all items must be returned in their original condition. The refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected. Please contact us either by email, or, preferably, by calling prior to returning any item. Items over 1,000€ are Final Sale and returns are not accepted. 

Exceptions apply for damaged goods, defective from factory and all non discretionary returns.
